WHEN WILL WE GET OUR ORDER?
I will always keep in contact with you about the progress of your order. Once it is processed and complete, you will receive it based on delivery chosen when ordering . (Standard or express.) Additional shipping fee included with express.
DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TROVE BOX TO ORDER YOUR CREATIONS?
No, you don't have to order a Trove Box. You can just order whatever creation you like.
Example: you can just order a planner or pair it with a journal or sketchbook.
HOW MANY TROVE BOX ITEMS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Trove items received depends on the Box chosen during time of ordering. You can always select more creations, however price and number of boxes shipped will vary depending upon your choice.
WHY DON'T YOU HAVE SET PRICES FOR PHOTOBOOKS?
PhotoBooks are absolutely personal and there are various ways one can be created.
I always take into account :
Amount of photos, download or transfer time and if editing is needed. Plus I personalize according to you and it takes time to do so. I am willing to customize the book if desired whether that be color, style, theme, etc.
PhotoBook prices account for all of this including processing and shipping.
Returns are not granted due to the content of photos & personalization
